Meet Rob

Rob Wetzel is the owner of 70x7 Homes and oversees all of the day to day operations. He is a NC Licensed General Contractor and carries an "unlimited" license which allows 70x7 to handle any size project over $1,000,000. 70x7 is a small family owned business. We strive to work closely with our customers to give them a quality product that is done with excellence. Rob has been a pastor his whole life and an experienced project manager and general contractor since 2005. He has managed the construction of over 150 residential homes, town homes, additions, remodels, and commercial construction projects. He ensures that 70x7 works closely with each customer to give them the finished product that they envision. Rob is an experienced leader and manager in and out of the construction field. 70x7 was founded around the biblical principle of forgiveness found in ‭‭Matthew‬ ‭18:21-22.

Meet Ryan

Ryan Wetzel is 70x7 Homes' project manager and manages all of our window and gutter cleanings. Ryan has been professionally servicing high-end residential and commercial windows and gutters since 2017. He works in the field with all of our customers and subcontractors. Ryan gives detailed estimates, clarifies expectations, and schedules work to be completed in a timely and efficient manner. Customers are not disappointed by the level of excellence Ryan brings to each project.

Meet Rachel

Rachel (Wetzel) David oversees all of 70x7 Homes customer relations and sales. Rachel is our Licensed Realtor and works closely with all of our clients to find them the property that they are dreaming of. Whether it is a custom build with 70x7 or a spec home, Rachel works closely with each client to give them the finished product they dreamed of.
